Sponsorships & Exhibitions
Sponsorship opportunities exist for Nigeria, UK and other businesses and individuals from other countries who may wish to use this platform to network and promote their products and services. Sponsorship categories have been denominated in NGN but conversion rates would apply for sponsors paying in other currencies. Organisations that are interested in sponsoring this event should immediately contact Dr. O.B. Eletu of MMS (HMO) Nigeria Ltd or Dr. David Kieghe of Strategic Consulting and Implementation Consortium UK Ltd. Different categories for sponsorships have been identified to enable interested organisations and individuals to participate and use this important platform to expose their services and products.
Main sponsors
Customised promotion on event web link & banners, brochure, programme, video streams (if available), stands (if needed) and opportunity for 5 – 10 mins delivery (investment will cost N600,000.00).
Special sponsorships
This will be as negotiated with entities either for recognition, awards, products and/or business promotions (investment will cost between N300,000.00 and N450,000.00).
Particular agenda sponsorship
This can be sponsorship of tea-breaks, special presentations, lunch and/or social evening (in whole or part), photo sessions, videos, web links, flights and accommodation of international presenters, etc (this investment will be negotiated).
Brochure and programme advertisement
This will depend on whether it is full front page (N300, 000.00), full back page (N300, 000.00), full middle page (N200, 000.00), half page (N150, 000.00) or centre-spread page (N350, 000.00). Please note that this event provides access to target market in healthcare and related services.
Exhibition stands alone
Spaces of about 80cm x 80cm or of reasonable size will be available for exhibition stands at investment rate of N300, 000.00 per space. Please contact Dr. Eletu if you require larger space to enable us prearrange.
Video streaming alone
This will provide opportunity to stream promotional materials of your products and services during tea-breaks, lunch and social evening. You will need to send to us (by email: events@scic.co.uk) your video materials of 30 – 45secs long on or before the 22nd of July 2010 to enable us converge for presentation. This will require an investment of N150, 000.00 for the event. If you will require your stream to continue on event web link for about 3 months after the event, this will cost N220, 000.00.
Delegates
Individual sponsors and exhibitors are required to make an investment of N50, 000.00 per delegate. Please make your payment to Marina Medical Services (HMO) Ltd (referenced Healthcare Masterclass) if paying from Nigeria or Strategic Consulting and Implementation Consortium Ltd (referenced Healthcare Masterclass) if making payment in the UK before the date of the event by direct bank credit or by bankers draft (and advice us).

We will provide acknowledgment of payment and other important event documentation to be presented at registration on the day of the event.
We understand that sponsors may have different needs (in terms of their message to the market, their marketing strategy and targets for business development, products and corporate branding) and have therefore identified different categories (as outlined above) to enable you and your organisation to participate. Please forward to us your promotional materials on or before the 22nd of July, 2010 for inclusion in the relevant event packages (terms and conditions apply).
